Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Heart Pilot (the "Service"), operated by ServeSource Staffing, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. What the Service Does
Heart Pilot uses AI to analyze text conversations you submit (via screenshots, pasted text, or audio) and returns insights such as tone, suggested replies, and possible meanings. The output is informational, generated by AI, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, psychological, or otherwise) and is not a substitute for human judgment.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content you don't have the right to share, or content involving minors;
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any person;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service;
- Violate any applicable law.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the insights you receive.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Pricing and features may change with notice.
6. Free Tier Limits
Free accounts are limited to a set number of analyses per day. Limits may change at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ServeSource Staffing, LLC. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated insights may be wrong, biased, or misleading. Do not rely on them for decisions with significant personal, legal, financial, or safety consequences. If you have serious concerns about a relationship or your safety, please contact a qualified professional or local support service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServeSource Staffing, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ServeSource Staffing, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
