This Privacy Policy explains how Heart Pilot, operated by ServeSource Staffing, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use our service (the "Service"). This page is maintained by ServeSource Staffing, LLC to answer common privacy questions about Heart Pilot. It is not a certification or independent audit.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).
  • Content you submit: screenshots, pasted text, audio recordings, and questions you provide for analysis.
  • Generated analyses: AI-generated insights, scores, suggested replies, and any titles or person labels you add.
  • Usage data: basic logs needed to operate the Service (such as request times and error reports).
  • Billing data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment details. We receive subscription status and identifiers — not your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and display your analyses;
  • To save your history so you can review past insights;
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • To process subscriptions and prevent abuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your conversation content for advertising.

3. AI Processing

To produce analyses, the content you submit is sent to AI model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway. These providers process the content to return a response and operate under their own data-handling terms. We do not authorize them to train models on your content for non-Service purposes.

4. Service Providers (Subprocessors)

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Lovable AI Gateway — routing requests to AI model providers.
  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions.
  • Google — optional sign-in.

5. Data Retention

We keep your analyses and account data until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual analyses, clear all history from Settings, or request account deletion at any time. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), authenticated access, and row-level security on user data. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly from Settings, or by contacting us.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for authentication and core functionality. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

11. Sensitive Content

Please avoid uploading content that includes information you don't want processed by an AI service (for example, government IDs, financial account numbers, or medical records). Do not upload conversations involving minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
